A graduate of Florida A & M University with a BS degree, our CEO also matriculated at Shaw Divinity School to study toward earning a Master of Divinity degree. A certified corporate trainer, author and graduate of the Institute of Professional Grief Coaching, whose curriculum is accredited by the International Coaching Federation, Stephanie also serves as the Senior Pastor of Transforming Grace Ministries. With a professional background in consulting and people development, she has ministered on grief for more than twelve years, after losing six members of her immediate family in two- and one-half years. As such, she refers to herself as a "credible witness" to the healing power of God's word that can move you from heartbreak to hope, sadness to solace and from mourning to morning.

God has called her to this next assignment of building a process through which his people can experience recovery and healing from the grief experience.
