We rose up, united by more than 200 years of combined experience and expertise across corporate, non-profit, faith-based, and educational spaces. We knew we had to act—and we did.

Meet The Team
FAITH COZART, CEO, BS, MBA is a Strategic Planner, Speaker and Trainer with an expertise in brand development. She is known to many as a woman of faith and excellence. As the CEO of Faith Cozart & Co., she works with entrepreneurs and corporations in mapping out their vision, building their brand and expanding their network. As a Speaker and Trainer, Faith’s knowledge and expertise is what captivates her audience, but it is her passion and transparency that fuels the fire of vision in a place. She trains on corporate, faith based, and educational platforms. Her masterclasses and training sessions provides powerful tools to succeed.
Faith is also the founder/president of Faith Catalyst, a nonprofit Global Network comprised of Entrepreneurs and Leaders seeking excellence in business and leadership development. Each year, this organization awards business launch grants for starting entrepreneurs. Faith starts each day with an agenda to make the vision of others achieve success. Her 20 plus years of experience in business and professional development coupled with her background in strategic planning and brand development creates a winning formula to Make Vision Happen!
THONYA RYAN, B.S., MA
is a Women’s Empowerment Coach, Educator, and Engagement Strategist dedicated to helping women identify their purpose and reach their fullest potential. With a background in education, leadership, and relationship development, Thonya combines strategic insight with heartfelt guidance to equip women to lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
As an encourager and purpose strategist, she partners with women to overcome barriers, strengthen their mindset, and design action plans that align with their personal and professional goals. Her approach blends empowerment coaching, practical strategy, and emotional intelligence to inspire growth and long-term transformation.
Through workshops, coaching programs, and speaking engagements, Thonya creates spaces where women can reconnect with their identity, embrace their strengths, and step boldly into their purpose-driven lives.
Thonya is also the founder of GLORI (God Loves Our Real Image) Girls LLC, an organization that helps women overcome low self-esteem through spiritual renewal and affirmations. Encouraging them to see themselves as God sees them; whole, complete, and lacking nothing!

ANDREA MCCASKEY, BS, MA
Andrea is sitting at the crossroads of leaving the workforce after 40 years and what she will become now. And she is loving this space!
A seasoned Human Resources executive and leadership training facilitator, her career spanned both corporate and nonprofit spaces. Andrea is a certified retreat facilitator and finds joy and purpose in supporting women, black women in particular, as they operate more fully in their God-given power and authority.
Her greatest joy in this work is seeing women courageously utilize their knowledge, skills and abilities to continue forging their paths. Using mindful breathing techniques and encouraging women to tune in and listen to their bodies, she journeys with executive coaching clients and workshop/retreat participants as they tap into their deep knowing.
Andrea knows the incredible coaching and therapy she has received provides her with the wisdom to understand that past mistakes are building blocks for future success. As the first African American president of the Junior League of Birmingham in 2006, she is accustomed to forging new paths. She served on the board of the YWCA of Birmingham for more than 20 years, serving as President for two years. Andrea currently sits on the board of Baptist Health System.
Andrea and her husband Jamal have two adult children. They enjoy traveling, music, dancing, and reading. She is currently writing her first book and learning to quilt.
STEPHANIE D. ROLLE, CEO, BS
Waterfall Enterprises, LLC; Standards of Excellence Licensed Consultant, Business Strategist, and Organizational Development Consultant, Certified Corporate Trainer & Curriculum Designer.
A results-driven leader and graduate of Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University with a BS, she launched graduate studies at Shaw Divinity School. She is a Certified Facilitator, Corporate Trainer, Faith-Centered Life Coach and Certified Grief Coach.
Driven by a passion to be a part of the forces that uplift and develop people, her professional achievements have made successful impact in corporate, nonprofit, government and faith-based spaces nationwide including international work in South Africa, Western Canada and Brazil. With a passion for people development, that threads throughout her endeavors, she is also the Founder of two nonprofits with missions to love God and love people. Her work with the professional development of young adults serves her calling to ensure all have opportunities to live their dreams. Stephanie is a published author of three books including Love Has Something to Say, Jewels for Grace-Filled Living and Hope Like No Other. She serves as the founding Pastor of Transforming Grace Ministries and is the curator called to service women through the ministry of Sisters in the Spirit, Inc. and a sought-after speaker.
RAYNAE TAYLOR, BS, CEO
$Million Dollar Sales Club Real Estate Broker and Owner of Taylor Made Realty, Taylor Made Property Management, Real Estate School, two daycare centers in Metro-Atlanta & a Transformational Trainer. A Graduate of World Changers Bible College, Licensed Minister and soon to be host of "God Said What?" podcast.
