MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISOR TRAINING
The need for Managers and Supervisors to gain understanding of the grief process and its potential impact on an employee is where the support rubber meets the road. We provide training that helps them understand and effectively support employees while offering them coaching when there is a need to successfully navigate complex grief.
GRIEF PARTNER RECRUITMENT, TRAINING AND RETENTION
We believe every workplace should include a team of people specially trained as Grief Buddies to support the bereaved employee upon return to work. This training includes (but is not limited to) Understanding and Responding to Triggers, Orientation and Support for the Work Team, Communication and developing the Compassionate Eye as well as Task Support. Grief Buddies are priceless in helping to ensure a smooth re-entry for the bereaved.
EMPLOYEE GROUP GRIEF COACHING
Our Certified Coaches provide professional facilitation to on-going workplace support groups. We schedule regular meetings with small groups and share skills, tools and exercises that support the bereaved employee to move through the grieving process and achieve a new sense of self.
