Welcome to the OASIS Executive Women's Retreat. We are excited to share this extraordinary, curated experience with you. As a woman in charge, carrying the weight of your organization and its people on your shoulders (and sometimes to bed), don't you think you deserve a break that is all about you? Moreover, if you are a daughter, wife, mother and committed community leader, you really need this break. You're in the right place!

For more than twenty-five years, our founder, Stephanie Rolle, has designed safe spaces for women to exhale, breathe deeply and re-envision what is possible. From the beginning, her motto has been if our guests don't feel the love, we have missed the mark.  We have now been called to elevate the experience for the gathering of women in power, who are believers but have few, if any, safe spaces to simply be. Be at peace. Be still, Be authentic. 

 

Rest

Do you remember how? With the invasions of technology, very few of us are getting quality rest. We also find it challenging to "make the time" for self. At OASIS, we strongly encourage you to clear your schedules from meetings and other obligations so that your time will not be invaded. Our start times for chats and conversations are later in the day so that you can actually sleep in (and not wake to check email). Our location offers extraordinary gardens and walking trails and fun things to see and do, including Spa services and treatments to have you feeling luxuriously pampered. You need some really great downtime and OASIS is it.

Realign

Our skilled facilitators offer thought provoking sessions to help you know what you may not know about you. They help you identify your blind spots (we all have them) and think of innovative ways to reposition your life for its best and highest good. One of the incredible benefits of OASIS is being in the room with like-minded women.
